Meat from Uri alpine pigs
Metzgetä is an old tradition that we would like to revive here at the Hotel Klausenpass.
After a wonderful life on the Uri Alps, the pigs are carefully slaughtered and processed by the Ürmetzg in the fall. We are delighted to serve you these regional products at our Chlaisä Metzgetä.
If you like meat and like it hearty, you can look forward to this culinary experience. Enjoy either our specially created 5-course menu or a traditional butcher’s platter.
As an aperitif, you will also receive “Äs Dunkels” from the local brewery “Stiär Biär” or a classic “Cüpli”.
