CONCERT-DINNER ON KLAUSENPASS
Peter Gisler’s compositions characterise various landscapes sonorously. The composer and musician fromthe canton of Uri was inspired by traditional folk music as well as by earthy sounds such as a prayer call from the Schächen valley. The jazzy, archaic sounds from the Alpine region are joined by more mellifluous melodies that he incorporated into his pieces on journeys to Dartmoor in the southwest of England.
Enjoy this evening and immerse yourself in fascinating worlds of sound. Peter Gisler (double bass, harmonium, schwyzerörgeli) will be accompanied by Carlo Gamma (saxophone) and Beat Föllmi (percussion).
We are happy to welcome you to the aperitif from 6 pm. At 7 pm we will serve you the starter and then the main course of our 3-course menu with fine mountain specialities. The concert begins at 8.30 pm. At around 9.45 pm we will bring the evening to a culinary close with dessert and coffee.
Our 3-course menu:
> Smoked beef carpaccio from Uri with herb vinaigrette, cream cheese mousse and autumn salad bouquet
> Pork fillet with fresh egg sponge on pesto cream sauce, white wine risotto with parmesan and pumpkin strips, colourful vegetable bouquet
> Sweet cider cream with caramel nut ice cream and meringue crumbs
